Paul M. Millman

Paul M. Millman is admitted to practice in New York and Florida and has many clients with residences in both states. He is also admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court and in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Paul has practiced for over 45 years and advises clients on estate, trust, tax, business, and intellectual property matters.

He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Westchester County Bar Association, and Florida Bar Association, and has served in estate planning, trusts, and estates leadership roles.

Susan E. Herzog

Susan E. Herzog is a partner in our estate planning, probate, and trusts practice. Her practice concentrates in estate planning, probate, trust administration, and guardianship matters.
